General Return Policy:
Unopened games
can be returned within 30 days of
the date of sale. For return
instructions send an e-mail with
your order number

Games must be unopened and in their
original packaging for refund. There
is a 10% restocking fee applied to
all non-damaged returns.
Beyond 30 days
of purchase, unopened game can be
returned for store credit only.
Credit will be issued in the form of
a gift certificate and can be used
for any Conjure products listed on
this website. There is a 10%

Opened game or
game not in their original packaging
cannot be returned.
Policy for Returning Damaged or
Defective Merchandise.
It is
important to us that, as a customer,
you are satisfied with our services
and products. Occasionally, there
are defective or missing parts to a
game. If this should happen, contact
us within 30 days of the purchase
date with the order number, product
name and a description of the
defective or missing part and we
will replace the part or the entire
game for you.

Out of Stock / Back Order / Special
Order Policy
Out of Stock Item Policy:
Regular stock
items that are currently Our of
Stock will be processed as usual and
the item will be shipped as soon as
the item arrives at our warehouse.
You will receive an e-mail notifying
you of the items status. Orders on
out of stock items may be cancelled
for a 10% processing fee.
Back Order Items Policy:
Regular stock
items that are currently on Back
Order will be processed when the
item ships to us from the
manufacturer. It will be shipped to
you as soon as the item
arrives at our warehouse. You will
receive an e-mails notifying you of
the items status and it
projected Shipping Date. Back Order
items may be cancelled without fee.
Special Order
Policy.
If you request
a special order or item that is not
a regular stock item, one half of
the items cost must be paid prior to
order with the balance paid prior to
the item shipping. Special orders
may subject to a 10% processing fee
at managerial discretion and the
request may be denied for any
reason.
