what Cthulhu After Dark is all
about.

After Dark is a Live Action Role
Playing game
(also
known as a LARP).
Players are expected to take on the
role of their character and become
that person. Unlike a normal table
top role playing game, there is no
table and no dice. The game works on
it's own specialized and unique set
of rules.
The scenery, atmosphere, suspense
and tension are as realistic as we
are able to make it. Unlike
traditional role playing games, when
your character searches the dead
body in the corner, rest assured
that in Cthulhu After Dark, there
will be a real body lying in the
corner and the success of your
search is depends on your
thoroughness and your nerves.
The dead body and other people you
encounter are played by a staff of
actors called
"Extras".
These extras along with our game
Keeper, the person in charge of
operating the mechanics of the game,
give the players multiple encounters
with very different and challenging
senerios, called
"Scripts".
Each one is unique and each one puts
the players in situations that will
test their resolve, ingenuity but
most of all their nerves.
 Our
stories and overall themes are
adapted from the works of
Mr. H.P. Lovecraft. He was one of
the most important horror writers of
the 20th century and has been called
the Stephen King of his day.
His stories, mostly written in the
early parts of the 1900's, deal with
complex issues of humanity, our
place in the universe and the depths
of madness man can achieve in search
of one thing, the truth.

where the only things that are make
